  • Fonts

If your logo or artwork contains a special typestyle, please let us know what typestyle is used so that we can match it as closely as possible.

  • File Types

If your logo has been created professionally by a graphic designer, please forward the native artwork of your logo. This will most likely be a .tif file or an .eps file. If you are unsure about the type of file you are sending, then simply forward by email and we will  contact you if we have any questions or requests.

  • Resolution of Graphics

Resolution, also known as DPI (Dots Per Inch) or PPI (Pixels Per Inch) can be described as the number of dots that fit horizontally and vertically into a one-inch space. Generally, the more dots per inch, the better the result. For an image to print properly, the image resolution must be at least 300 dots per inch (DPI) at the final output size. If you do not know the resolution of your artwork, simply forward by email (link to email address) and we'll be happy to take a look at your art.

We can do the mailing of your guides to your clients. You provide a database file of your clients' names and addresses and we'll do the rest! Call for pricing and details.
